You can fuck if you go about it in the right way, i.e. can convince her it does not bother you at all, my trick is I used the word "natural" a lot. Be warned though, depending on how severe they are she is going potentially be very bitchy. So if you can't do tact and de-escalation well, it would probably be best to reschedule.
