First of all I want to thank all the solid advice given here. Since my break up with my ex-girlfriend ( had a relationship from 20-25 years old) I have been grinding and working hard in the gym (min 4 times per week).

As I understand from this community about 20% of the guys get 80% of the girls. And if you're in the 20% AND can please them enough (giving them orgasms) you're golden. I've had a few lays with OLD while doing bare minimum so I think I am slowly moving towards getting in the 20% group.

Now here's the problem.. I've never been blessed with stamina in bed. For as long as I can remember I can't last longer then 5 minutes. I think I have been conditioned bad from a young age and the effects are still lingering.

In my relationship of 5 years I've had basic vanilla sex and in hindsight I think my ex did not enjoy it at all(few or no orgasms, asking me to hurry up). I'm fucking embarrassed that this even happened.

Another example: I am currently seeing a girl for 4 months. The sex is great, foreplay and everything is going good until I am hitting it hard and she is about the come. Then suddently outta nowhere I get extremly aroused and cum or need to stop immediatly. This even happens when she's on top.

How do I fix this problem? Are edging, kegels and reverse kegels a solution to this? Or some form of cardio (im not doing any currently).

Hope you guys can help me as this is frustrating as fuck.
