after approaching probably 2k girls in the last 5-7 years, i evolved the following strategy:
i just approach and say "hi" or ask "how is ur day?" then i focus my attention on her reaction and what she says. after that it is enough to wait for 2 seconds for me to decide whether i am going to tell her that she is attractive or i will just silently walk away.
this simple approach allows me to boost numbers significantly. since the interaction is short or successful i never draw much of attention from the crowd around which allows me to daygame girls which even stand or walk relatively nearby (usually i can easily initiate a talk with girls which r even 5 meters close to each other), so i do not miss opportunities and kind of avoid becoming "that guy".
i am not sure about the closing the deal in a few hours tho. maybe my smv is low, but in my case it always depends on a girl whether or not we will fuck soon. if i approach her, then it means i am already ready to fuck. so, i can only let her know about my intentions and non verbally communicate to her "we either fuck or i will go to a next girl" - usually i communicate this message at our date.
