So, after i took the red pill i decided i had to learn some craft to make money, no more living with minimum wage on my pocket. So i decided to go back to my old career, because it's something that usually pays good money if you have the experience, back to being a cnc operator/machinist (i dont know which one is it in English, I'm the one that prepares the machine, i dont just press a button). Thing is, i had 3 years experience plus one more since i came back to the trade, so 4 years experience and i even got a 75€ raise this year and i'm still not even making 200€ above minimum wage and im making only 20€ more than the guys that have 0 years of experience. I cant find other companies to work for because i live far away. The company i work for as far away as it is, i was lucky that it was somewhat close to a train station i just had to buy a e-bike to go from the station to the company. But that's it, i dont feel like i'm learning nothing new, definitely not learning programing, they have a full team just for that and there is where u make money in this trade. I cant go live in another city with more offers of work cause half of my money would be for the rent alone. I work in the afternoon shift, 15:30 to 00:00, i have no social life during the week, if i want to be raised i have to work extra hours that they dont pay according to the law (they have to pay 100% and they only pay 50%). Basically im lost, i waste hours waiting for the train to come and go, i work, i sleep, spend a couple of hours on the pc and that's it. I can see myself going backwards, wasting my time, my mind, my youth. I'm back at watching porn everyday again and i had stoped before. How did u guys made good money? I dont even have money to go to college. And i know some of u will call me a pussy or something, just chill, we all hit rock bottom before.
