I'm the 25y/o guy dating the 30y/o ex-hoe. I've read the side-bar, read what you guys have had to say, and did some thinking and it's better for me to plate her for now just because of the benefits she gives me (place to sleep after work, meals, etc).
We're still in the LDR. Is it worth even mentioning to her my plan to make her a plate or just wait for her to return? Or just not mention it at all. If I do, what do i even say "Hey were no longer exclusive".

This is very tricky to negotiate.
You could try "Look, you've got a lot of sexual experience and I really like you, but I feel that I've got some catching up to do".
Disclaimer: not an expert at doing this. It's only going to work if you manage not to hurt her, and she values you for hot sex.
You could try sharing long term hopes and dreams, and then look a little despondent when they differ, then say "I've got some thinking to do", and then act distant.
But at some point you're going to have to declare "no longer exclusive", and then it's going to be really hard to make her not feel dumped.
As I say, not an expert in doing this.

For the benefit of autistic people, it's better to explain what it is that's autistic rather than just call it autistic. People claim they don't discriminate against people for having autism but then they discriminate against people for social awkwardness, being picky eaters, not getting jokes, not understanding sarcasm, not liking to be touched, having "cringey" interests, etc.
