I am working on a lot of freelance projects right now, in some, there are some female freelancers who I have to work with. I just find a lot of what they do extremely pointless, sometimes destructive. They seem to be quick to take credit for something that is not their work while not acknowledging other people's work.
For example, I already created a brainstorming document and put some ideas in there. Then one of them decided to make another one (so, now there are two). Then we are working on Slack and one of the women (a black chick in her mid-30s) E-Mailed everyone and said that she would rather use E-Mail as she can't handle Slack lol. Why don't we use fax or traditional mail then?
I also feel a lot of these chicks just create shit that is not even needed. They contribute with stuff that is not really the point of the project and just clog things up. Most of these women are doing freelance work to finance a hedonistic lifestyle.
What is your experience with women in the workplace? Talking mostly about younger chicks 20-late 30s. Older women are even stranger and super jaded imho.

2 centuries ago females werent allowed to do shit and society thrived. Now women are able to do everything males can, and look at our society now.
Women CAN work, but they are less competent than men. Ime females are less capacitated in the workplace, and everything men do, they do but worse (or cant do at all). Therefore, women shouldnt be able to work... Or drive... Or vote... Etc.
Looking at the bright side, the fact that they can work and drive n shit means that they dont depend on us for that stuff, so at least we dont have to drive em around or pay for their shit.

Some recent examples:
Supposed to do a simple presentation for a client (we are a bunch of different contractors hired independently). I was not in that day so the two chicks make a presentation that looked absolutely shite, missed the main points and was just a laughingstock in general. When we met to discuss they went "well we spent all day yesterday on it, so now you do it". I fixed it in 15 minutes.
Another example: Another client has a Marketing Manager who just keeps saying it's too much work for her, she can't handle it and she does not want to hire more people because it is more work. Just general overwhelmedness is typical for women.
Can go on about their passive-aggressive mode of communication and creating unnecessary work...

Yeah. Females are very ill equipped to go out into the world and get shit done. In prehistory, females stayed at the cave, taking care of the children. Nowadays, there are no more caves but there are homes, and the woman has always stayed inside of it, cleaning, cooking, taking care of the children... The perfect job for her.
When society lets em get into the workplace, the type of shit like u just said, happens. Their incompetence becomes obvious and they become a problem.
As I said, they are incompetent at virtually everything. A lot of females when driving, they will make some dumbass mistake, such as hitting the gas instead of braking coz they are distracted, and will ram through an entire 7/11. Some wont be able to steer properly for whatever god forsaken reason, and instead of taking a right, they will take a sharp ass right and smash into another car.
Then, there are leftists chicks, who genuinely think that capitalism is evil and communism is the way to go.
There are the single mothers aswell, who are completely unable to properly raise a child without a husband.

I don't hire modern women at my company. They are the bottom of the barrel as far as workers go. My Indonesian wife and Mexican women can do the job fine. I can't even count the number of times I checked the work and found fuck ups and it was always the white, liberal, entitled woman. Don't even get me started on the fake sexual harassment claims.

The company is still technically mine as it's in legal limbo. I did start a new company but it was to receive the settlement money and producer license that the my ex-partner never provided. But yeah, technically I'm unemployed. Gonna just make my own job consulting for all these retard companies that can't find workers when 38% of the work force is sitting at home.

I think the "modern career womahn" is the worst type of woman. Her work becomes her substitute for kids for her. She is jaded, literally worn out (often 100, 200+ n-count) and works an incredibly unnecessary job. That is why most of them work in HR. She thinks she knows what she wants, when in fact like all women, she doesn't and that creates catastrophic events.

Most serious problems I had with women in the workplace involved white bitches that were clearly hired because of their looks.
I also met some exceptional women that were more competent than the average man, and most of them were below average looking.
The average woman has no real motivation to work hard as society is full of simps that will basically give them free money whenever they need it, and hire them for positions that they’re not actually qualified for.
