Thoughts on roomating with other red pilled dudes to be able to afford more kick ass places? Are there any red pilled philosophers who discuss this? Seems like a pretty mint idea… I can afford say $700/week rent easily… if I could find another dude who could the same… we could live in a fucking kickass penthouse and live a mad party lifestyle while keeping eachother accountable (staying out of LTRs, working hard, hitting gym etc) thoughts?

did similar many years ago. Goal was to have fun, save money and live in a good place. Was before RP, so we were stupid, ended up in LTR's and all got married. But we learned along the way, all divorced, raised kids and now have cool girls to have fun with and (not) married.
Like the idea, but hard to find guys who I could tolerate living together. Recommend a contract, agreement on cleaning services,etc. I'm clean, I can't live like a slob and would infuriate me cleaning up after someone. Don't eat my food without replacing/paying for it, shit like that.
So, sure, try it out, make sure you save money every week/month, it's one of the goals.

Depends, does living solo in a nice place versus with someone in a nicer place overall help you pull better?
I know some girls who were swiping and one said "he's a 4 but he has his own place" and these two girls were legitimately getting into discussing whether or not to pursue the dude. Like I was a bit taken back how much consideration that one detail had when he was a 4

Yea good point, ngl I went out clubbing just last night and pulled this girl back who was amazed I had my own place etc etc. it does defs make it easier. She did only turn 18 the day I met her so can’t get ‘em much younger than that

but you have to remember, a girls grade scale is not what a guy's view is.
Like a Guy, 0-10, literally that.
A girl, 0-5 does not exist, it's all zero 0
6 is a 4
7 is a 5
8 is a 8 * yes I jumped numbers here. This is where the top 20% come in, where all women would view the guy as (attractive/hot)

Never trust another person. It's a problem waiting to happen. Plus you'll get kicked out if you're partying in a rental.
