I met a friend of a friend who I’m keen to go for and see what happens, I have her number just from mutual groups we’ve been a part of. We matched on tinder but it was like a month after we swiped, I messaged her on it but I don’t think she’s very active on tinder. Should I wait a couple days to see if she does reply on tinder or is there no harm in messaging her?

Possibilities:
1) she wasn't that interested or became uninterested after the swipe
2) your opener was not good, she has 100 different matches sending her shit, you gotta stand out
3) she matched with Chad and Brad right after, if so, that's who she's messaging
4) she's not looking at her tinder. I knew two female friends that were both tinder hoes. They actually did not check their messages every day. They obviously did message guys they liked but didn't always have one bringing them onto the app for the day
Either way, she's not messaging you and it's probably 1-3. Unless she didn't swipe for a month than possibly it's number four.
It once took 2 weeks for a girl I super liked to match with me. Super likes put you at the front of their deck, so I know she was inactive for 2 weeks straight because of that.
But seriously, don't double text her.

If you guys run into one another IRL, she probably expects you to bring it up when you see each other. She probably doesn’t want internet chats with a dude she knows IRL already.
Of course, women also get plenty of entertainment on the dating apps, so it’s possible that while you looked good to her, she had about 15 other men that looked even better to her match at the same time.
