Yeah it's Jordan Peterson's personality psychology course. He's basically where Rollo gets a lot of his material. I didn't realize how integral personality is to self-improvement until I watched the series. He covers everything about the dark triad traits, why women are attracted to them, how they come about, and much more.
This is a hard-core red pill approach complete with a praxeology that will last you a lifetime so it's definitely worth the time investment. If you skip to the conclusion you'll see the answers you're seeking and then you can go back into the series for details more specific to your knowledge domain. I just give you the spoiler: he says "if you're lonely, perhaps it's because your personality is a bit too narcissistic", and "If you want to be the popular kid on the playground, you have to play games that other people like". Stuff like that but it gives you the exact tools to fix whatever you want about yourself.

Hardest challenge is to apply the books IRL, I know something about it. Have man plan action - MAP - it could be one of the most important things you'll do.

I have never read any public figure book/memoirs etc - I can;t fully commit myself to book that could be pile of bullshit of narcistic entrepreneurs.
Exception Goggins. I decided to give it a go as he is not from establishment. It is a good read but didn't impress my mind's learning curve much [most likely]
