There's a reason why they say the beginning of wisdom is the fear of the lord. Because anyone who can even consider themselves smart first has to understand that only someone dumb would throw away a being that holds the concept of "god". You'd have nothing to lose by keeping it. Everything to gain by holding it. Everything to lose by throwing it away.
Also, mentally weak is not the same as physically weak. A true mentally weak person is someone who wouldn't even be able to grasp the higher concept. Like a zombie, or a animal. There's no mentally weak person that would theoretically seriously believe in the concept of god as it takes a strong mental to even be able to. Mentally strong, yet physically weak person(s) are more inclined to believe in such higher concepts actually. Physically/corporal weaknesses are synonymous to such like- lack of opportunity, lack of power, lack of energy, class/type oppression etc. So it makes sense that its no coincidence that powerless or oppressed people are more inclined to have such beliefs. If not their mind and "imagination", what else do they have?
Do animals believe in god? Aren't the main thing that differentiates humans from animals are our beliefs?

How would you know the heavenly fathers will? Id imagine a being that surpasses the imagination of the creation would not be capped or limited like how we are in our capability of understanding the functions of the higher being.
Either way, you are on point. People with mental disabilities are probably not supposed to breed. Most people are actually not supposed to breed really. I think all people should have to prove they have the ability to raise a child BEFORE they get one. Children are the #1 cause of poverty. Poverty is the #1 cause of violent crime. Can you believe we used to actually teach women how to be housewives in public schools? It was called "Home Economics". in 1994 the feminists had it changed because the evil patriarchy or whatever. We also used to teach men trades. It was called "Shop Class".
