So if a girl said, “I don’t do that”, and then gave indicators that she hadn’t done that (had sex) within the last three months (the indicators being “I don’t think about whether I’m attracted to someone when I’m not looking for a relationship”), and then you asked her, “Have you had sex within the last three months”, would she tell you that she hadn’t if she hadn’t?

It varies between women.... it's never quite the same.
They are all trying to look attractive and high value at the same time. They do this by lying, implying, and never being straight about anything.
They know that anything they admit can be made to look bad......... not getting laid? unattractive ...... getting laid? slut.......
Sometimes (usually) they lie. But not always. It varies.
