I've seen all the studies about how having a high partner count damages a woman's brain. They are 13% more likely to cheat for every partner they've been with. Do you believe that it's okay for men to have high body counts? I mean it's just instant gratification and nothing else. I'm successful on tinder, I have around 700+ matches at the moment. Would it benefit me in anyway to hookup with 20 of them? Wouldn't that lower my value in the eyes of future LTR's?

Biggest thing is that men actually use their brains in a moral and mentally precise way, for whatever they dedicate themselves to.
So often more time than not, men are actually loooking for the unicorn woman, who in reality is just a decent human being. Those plates and whatnot are experience to getting this type of woman.
Woman on the other hand already have an abundance of good natured and perhaps even decent man wanting them. There desire is rarely to find a decent man or what we would desire, because they already have it.
These differences is what i believe can answer your question. What do woman look for when riding the carousal? I can guarantee you it is not the same thing men look for when spinning plates. One idea is this~ The world is out of course so its almost as if men need the experience with woman to not be deceived by the entire world. Not saying they should be a slut or have sex, but to give you an idea of what i am saying.

My guess is that high body counts adversely affect monogamous relationship success in both genders. But women more, because their entire brain is hard wired to have their feelings tied to sex. A man can more easily reverse the characteristics revolving around numerous sex partners; as he gets older, his libido drops and his craving for sex drops with it.

I had little LTR experience in college, because i spent all those years hooking up. Racked up a hard body count. Nowadays its much easier to choose LTR's because you learn what you like/dislike in girls, you recognize it quicker. Also it helps to try variety: different body types, different ethnicities, ass on one girl, bulbous tits, thighs on another.
You learn what you like. I learned that I cannot be with a petite girl with a HB9 face. Their faces are beautiful but i have fucked a lot of petite girls and i need more curves personally to have a fulfilling LTR.
Had I not gotten enough hooking up experience i couldve cuffed the first petite hot chick i found and had a subpar sex life because of it and not even be aware of it if my n-count was only 5.

I don't know of any reason why you'd have conversations with future LTRs about prior hookups or your body count. Initiating those conversations will make you seem like an insecure beta, and providing such information at a woman's request will make you seem like a weak sap who obeys women and thus not LTR material. But if a future LTR somehow knows of your prior escapades without you telling her, it will more likely raise your value in her eyes (pre-selection). Women aren't attracted to men whom other women don't want.

https://www.reddit.com/r/asktrp/comments/7201x7/how_to_deal_with_the_consequences_of_too_much/ I can relate a lot to this guy. Nothing with the opposite sex feels special anymore, I used to get a boner that could ram through a brick wall just by holding hands with a girl. I'm 19 and home from college for the summer I think I just need to delete tinder and take a break for 3-4 months but I'm legitimately addicted to tinder and dating apps. I feel like shit if I don't see a new girl every week but my standards are insanely high now and I'm not willing to put in any effort into going on dates since I know I can have 10 matches tomorrow that might be better.

No, all of this came out of a study that showed the more partners a woman has before marriage, the less likely the marriage is to be a success. They did not find the same correlation for men.
That being said, divorced men are more likely to commit suicide. Single men have no increased risk of suicide over married men. Parenthood reduces risk of suicide. In my own experience, having a loving spouse and kids has been the most meaningful part of my life. I've seen plenty of guys come on these forums burned out on hoes and frustrated with women. So, maybe there's something to be said for avoiding hook up culture all together and focusing on something more meaningful.

It does not affect a man the same way it does women because a man is the one "entering" the body of a woman and not the other way around. From an evolutionary standpoint, males were always primed to mate with as many as possible, so our brains are not affected in the same way as women, who would get pregnant and leave it there. However, it is not exactly something fulfilling. In the end, you ideally want to have a great partnership that leads to children. Becoming your best version and having potential access to a lot of women helps with this goal, and makes it easier to vet for potential LTR.
