Like if I’m talking with my guy friend and he is complaining about a stupid problem I’ll give him a solution. But women want someone who just listens and emotionally coddled them.
So what am I supposed to do.
Or with men we ball bust them to keep them strong, but if you do it to a woman she’ll get upset and offended and think you’re a mean asshole bully.

Shit that is how I’ve been fucking up.
I’ve avoided talking “nice” and smiling at them and being soft because it was “beta”.
I suppose I’ve just been too rough. And since it didn’t succeed I always just thought I must not be man enough so I doubled down on the weights and the mean kind of attitude.

I think the key is to use attention like currency. Then apply Pavlovian conditioning. Reward good behaviour with positive attention and punish bad with no attention. Same thing works on kids.

Redpill is a weird fucking journey, and especially with media shit can be so easy to misinterpret.
You listen to rappers like 50 Cent and shit who obviously can fuck a lot of women and then he’s rapping about murder and shit. You get this kind of idea you have to really like hardass dominate women.
And then you read like, stop being a nice guy. Women love jerks. Etc etc. Its really easy to turn into an asshole.
The game was always to be a nice guy who can say no or a nice guy who can sock it to a bully instead of becoming the bully. Smh.

Lol my ex thought i was passive aggressive while i was just following the principles of removing attention when she disappointed me.
What i can say is that stop guessing why it happened. Just remember to calibrate your behaviour. Do what you feel is appropriate in the moment. That builds your character. Eg- i went too hardcore in removing attention once. Now i know to reduce it a bit. Will i make a mistake again ? Probably. But the point is to not second guess yourself. You did what you thought was right. Now as a man you must accept the consequences.
You have to be ruthless. And most probably the girl didnt breakup because of RP. She had other secret reasons
