I am 25, I am trying to cold approach girls 19 and up. Problem is these days with makeup and all that lots of underage girls look much older than they are, and that’s my biggest fear when cold approaching. How do I cold approach a girl without knowing her age, and how do I ask her that question without looking like a creep?
P.S I’m very inexperienced in cold approaching just FYI.

You literally either just ask or prompt them to say it. It's not creepy as long as you're not unattractive. Make it a qualifying question, or an exaggerated comment.
