That's part of my outlook, I want to be clear I think they are attractive and this is not going to be a friendship. So I see the silver lining, but I approach these chicks because I am certain I want to fuck them barring they are just intolerably stupid or annoying.

Ok, this is tricky.
Showing masculine intent is good: it means she has to tacitly agree to your advances. This repels girls with boyfriends and attracts single girls. The early rejections feel rough but save you a lot of time later.
So intent is good.
BUT...
"Want to bang them at all costs" means that she is in control, and even worse: she will feel she is higher status than you. Women are 100% all about social status: hers and yours. If she feels you are her equal or worse she won't fuck you. Women fuck UP, men fuck DOWN.
This means you have to maintain higher status than she does throughout the interaction.
You do this by qualifying her and breaking rapport.
Basically this means calling her on shit, disagreeing with her, mocking her a bit (all lighthearted and in fun). Not taking things too seriously. And when you find things you really like about her, you tell her (qualification).
Qualification means: "I like you because of X" and the clever subtext is this:: "Normally I wouldn't fuck a girl like you as I am above you, but I happen to like X about you, which means that I might just be interested even though I am higher status than you".

Awesome, the concept makes sense; executing in nuanced situations not so much. The examples you gave are perfect for helping me to understand. I see what you mean about "at all cost" I may have relayed that wrong. The women I approach are a level of physically attractive I would definitely fuck as long as it doesn't materialize they are annoying or stupid. So how does one set the attraction/sexual frame without giving up power, "status", by saying you really have awesome legs?
In reviewing what I actually said more I threw a kind of push/pull in telling her she had "amazing legs and I'd like to get to know her better and see if she is as much fun as she looks".

Congrats on having the balls to approach her. But, I'm gloing to be honest with you. Your opening line was borderline autistic. Way too much validation/compliments, makes you look like a creep.
You could've made a sneaky comment about her being so close to you with a smirk, make her laugh, ask for her name, introduce yourself, and go from there. The line you used was pretty cringe. She probably got turned off, and gave you the boyfriend excuse. Good job on not making it worse, by going to the locker room though.
