Went out with this chick, we ate, madeout then going further she said she just met me. I start going back to drop her off and she tells me to text her when i get home safe. Texted her I got home and said goodnight, she hearted it. Didn't text her the whole day after except for sending a video i told her i would send. (it was a nice view from a hike I went to). She didn't respond to the video. How shoud I go about this? Wait a week then tell her im doing something then invite her? I'm not gonna double text in a way where it's ruining my respect.

She said she can't go further because she 'just met you'? What a fucking joke, she's obviously not interested. Also, you shouldn't have texted her when you got home. Are you a toddler? No.
She didn't even reply to your video. How many more signs do you need? All you can do is soft next her at this point. She probably won't hit you up though, if she does, set up a date asap, get off the phone.
If you're desperate enough, hit her up in 1-2 weeks and act like nothing has happened. Don't even acknowledge that she ignored your video. Like you said, just invite her to tag along. But to be honest, doesn't sound like she's interested.
