I commented on one of her photos where she is showing off her body saying "Best sink I've ever seen" She responds "Aw, just the sink you like? ?".
How should I respond? I was thinking on saying "yeah the mirror is pretty sweet too" but I don't think that would lead the conversation anywhere.

Your response is fine, or you could say "yes, just the sink, I don't care for the mirror," or something like that. But if these remarks are public, it won't lead anywhere. You need to steer this so you are talking to her one on one.

Oh ok. "Yes, just the sink, I don't care for the mirror. I can tell you need some guidance." Then banter for a couple more messages, tell her you should meet for coffee or a drink, and get her number.

Just move on. Say something like "what kinda guy are you looking for" it's a good message and if she responds with something like "wow straight to the point" or "you don't muck around" then a long message it's a decent sign of some interest. If it's a one word response you're probably wasting time.
You don't need to stay on topic start pushing for a Meetup and finding out if she's a time waster early. Save the chit chat and banter for the actual date.
