How soon should I ask her to start coming over twice a week? Should I wait until we go into an LTR, or does it not really matter?

Whenever you deem her worthy of it. How she responds back is important to. Does she lose attraction? For some it increases attraction. That should let you know if shes toxic or not and worthy of upgrading to fwb.
And please, tell us your having sex. Im assuming you are. Dont see a girl twice a week if not.

Yes I fucked her on the first date after 3-4 hours of persistent escalation in bed. She got really pissed after we fucked and stormed out of my condo saying how she doesn't usually have sex on the first date. Then she texted me the next morning asking me to meet lol.
I want to see her multiple times a week because I'm looking for a consistent FWB asap so I can stop day gaming & using dating apps because my schedule is really busy and finding new women is too distracting and I need to focus on my work

A girl stormed out after fucking? Thats a red flag. Either shes mentally ill or shes not raving about fucking you, you should go for "hell yeah" girls to save some trouble. I personally dont LTR girls unless they are "fuck yea" about me.
Normally you should wait about a month before seeing her multiple times. If you start doing it too soon she will lose attraction and you wont have a fwb.
So month 1: once a week
Month 2: twice a week, build up to 3x/week

You're going about this the wrong way. You met last week, but did you have sex yet? You say you "like her" but you dont know her.
Let it grow organically. Dont talk about it with her. Starting off she is a Plate in your rotation. Dont upgrade her until she has earned it. Seeing her too often will lead to you becoming attached.

A week? Lol, might be. On the other hand I've done this before and it was fine so, w/e. Do what you want to do and if things don't work out, w/e, it's not like there's a shortage of new girls to be found.
Anyway, every situation is gonna be different. There's no hard and fast rule to this shit as far as I can tell.
