And the guy says that woman control access to who has sex. What I dont get about it, why are women controlling that and not men and women equal?
I mean most of the time men initiate sex, is it because we offer and the woman chooses?

Yes. Women in general also have higher standards for whom they have sex with than men do, and at the same time they are willing to share high value men. These factors among others result in an uneven playing field, keeping low SMV males sexless at a much higher rate than their female counterparts.
It's also said that men control relationships/commitment, which is less true in todays blue pilled feminist society imo, but still the case for high value men.

Generally speaking. Once a woman gives up sex she has very little else to offer, and they instinctively know this. They will usually try to push for exclusivity and settle.
Men are more inclined to play the field and have sex with more women instead of pushing for exclusivity and thus control commitment.
Needy guys however, are slaves to pussy and ultimately dont control anything. Thats why i say in todays society women have most of the power, at least until they are well past the wall and are nearing 40 y.o.

Because men have a higher sex drive and women are more choosy.
Culturally and instinctively men make more effort, so women are very aware of their options. Men less so.
Women only find the top 5% of men physically attractive.
You meet a girl..... she knows you want to fuck her...... you are not sure if she wants to fuck you. And she won't tell you because she has the power and she doesn't want to lose it. You might pay (attention, resources), she might change her mind...
She has many easy and fun options at zero cost. You don't.
For all these reasons women are in control in a way that most men are not.
Why are men and women not equal here? because men and women are DIFFERENT. For very good biological reasons, but the delusion of equality has infected your mind. You have to fundamentally accept that the genders are very different before you can think straight about this.
Upside though: if you can get into the top 5%, you can get a LOT of girls.
That's part of it yes.
But you shouldn't accept this fundamental sexual inequality as inescapable: maintain lots of options,, see multiple women, and never let any one woman have much power over you.

Men have higher sex drives due to testosterone. Also men are R-selective(lots of offspring, not too picky) and women are K-selective(seeks highest quality offspring).
