I find that building comfort is underrated here, especially for anxious or inexperienced girls. I suppose the general strategy is to behave high value and aloof to weed out the insecure girls, fuck the thots and avoid the virgins because they get super clingy. I would say not to pursue and find other easier pussy, why are you looking for an ltr?
