Ex broke up 3 months ago with me because I was enthusiastic about marriage and she's near the wall (27). Since then we are going back and forth over texts and calls. Initially she initiated all of it for like 1.5 months. Wanted to meet. I didn't since I was busy. She got angry and stopped reaching out.
I have been reaching out to her occasionally as she cares about me a lot (her words). If I get sick etc she gets worried as if we are still together.
So she calls me up a week ago and cried etc telling me she's a mess and why didn't I say those words. I tried to calm her down as it was 3am. She was crying her eyes out and telling me it's over and now we both have to marry someone else. That she has never ever asked her exs to get married to her before and it was me who should have asked her. Kept crying for 15 mins.
A couple of days later I asked her to meet me. She didn't respond to my text for 3 days. Randomly calls me up on the day i suggested to meet at 12pm. I was busy so couldn't answer. Called her up like 5 hrs later she didn't answer and neither called back.
Later that night she texts me about meeting her for brunch the next day. But i didn't see that text since I left my phone at home and went to my goomah's place to fuck. So I come back 2 days later and see her msg today about meeting for brunch. Obviosly now the day has passed since it's Monday.
How should I respond?

I was in this exact same situation not long ago.
Let's just say it didn't go well. I made the mistake of meeting with her. We went out with some friends. She was acting like a grade-A bitch the whole night. She was clearly trying to get under my skin. Then she got drunk af and went ballistic. Tried to slap and scratch me.
I hard nexted her right then and there and my life has been great since.
Do what you want. But I lived this experience so you don't have to.

Sounds like she drunk dials you in the middle of the night to invite you to a sober time and then backs out. The only thing I've seen work in this situation is to hold her down and fart on her head. She never called me late at night since we broke up. Only once. Usually she has been quite level headed since we broke up. Keeping her emotions in check and not spilling her guts. She only does it when I poke her. No long ass texts either. She's clearly very hurt by me. Her thinking is that I made jokes about getting married and never agreed to her even though she opened up and planned things with me in her head.
Now she's doing this most probably because she'll lose any chance of marriage before turning 29 if she doesn't find her beta bux. She's hell bent on getting married next year (she'll be 28) and having atleast one child before 30.
