Met girl at party other night, lots of keno lots of flirting, 100% was into me but couldn't isolate and her friends were there to cockblock.
Got her number and text her the next day to come over, to which she replies shes busy doing college work. Understandable, I reply saying "thats a shame, let me know if you change your mind", to which she replies "maybe" with a flirtatious emoji.
I know I sound like a hamstering faggot but genuinely confused what I would do in this situation, it has not happened to me before. The response is usually obvious. How do I proceed?

This is a bad take away imo. Puts her in the driver seat. The fact she responded is positive.
Some girls are hard to lock in for a date over text, whatever you did at that party doesnt matter so much, esp if she is a party girl. She could be doing that with a random guy every evening.
Hit her up at a later time. Getting her on the phone could make it easier to set the logistics. If she's not down, she's not down, and you next her, easy.

At least you know. j/k, just poking fun. Don't let this get to you too much. You won't always f-close (get them to come over and fuck) but when they reject, just say something like "Cool, maybe next time" and then soft next (wait for her to reach out to you) for a week or two and then try again. If she denies again, hard next (don't reach out again)
