This girl has been on my nuts asking me to fly across the country to see her for New Years/holidays/whatever, shed get upset that I wasn't doing it cause its expensive (didn't say no outright because it'll cause a long fight that I don't want to have) and acted like I owed her it. One night I BP snap'd a bit and told her she's being selfish and she's expecting me to do unrealistic things for her blah blah blah. Anyway tonight she called me and said she didn't like me calling her selfish and asked if I was going to apologise, I said no and she hung up shortly after.

The issue is, I getting fucking annoyed at shit like this, like how the fuck does she think she deserves an apology (I know it's how their mind works etc.). My BP self wants to call a friend and bitch about it or go talk to someone for hours but I know that a) that's weak as fuck to do and b) I shouldn't give a fuck about this. Is there any help out there about not getting worked up by dumb shit people do like this (not just women//plates but anyone in general)?
