It's a good read, but his take on "vulnerability" is often misinterpreted. People think it means gushing in front of a girl and letting her see you cry. What Mark means is simply exposing yourself by being honest and taking risks, not getting emotional. Sharing and honesty is a critical part of building rapport, but DO NOT LOSE CONTROL OF YOUR EMOTIONS IN FRONT OF A GIRL, EVER. You can't build lasting rapport without being authentic.

I found it boring. Could not finish. I think the real takeaway is to be authentic. I already learned that lesson a long time ago.
