Just recently moved out of my apartment and moved cities living with parents for time being and ready to move into my new place.
Where do I find information about bachelor pad ergonomics? I’ve heard it talked about frequently on Ask TRP… is it somewhere in the sidebar or am I imagining all this?

Audible or bookstore. Honestly, it's ok. I don't get the hype around it.

It's a book, you can find it on Amazon.

Ask around and find a list of your expenses. Include EVERYTHING.
Rent, deposit (assume you'll lose it every 24 mths), bills, furniture, cleaning.
Then other expenses: car depreciation, food.
Then discretionary: drinks, girls, partying, toys, video games, eating out, ordering in, anything else you want to do in life.
Add this all up, and include saving some money every month.
Be imaginitive about where/how you live. Shared house with great people is AT LEAST 2x cheaper and won't affect your love life much if you do it right.
