I have aspergers and my parents are always telling me to seek therapy. Basically truth is most people with mental conditions dont have friends or go to college or have women and I try explaining this to them but they dont get it. I do lots of meditation to help accept isolation and suppress biological drives but any more tips?

I'm on the autism spectrum, most people 95% don't even notice unless I say something about it, and I used to not even be able to hold a conversation. So I'm not sure why you've seemingly already written off your potential like your fate has been sealed as if you can't do anything about it.
I think your assertion that most people with mental conditions don't get girls/friends is very false. I've seen people with all kinds of suicidal depression and other mental problems get laid out the ass and have friends.
I've seen a lot more normie people go on long dry spells and act awkward socially than people with mental issues more times often than not.
What's your question exactly? It's not clear what you want tips on

Well, that's not true. Most people with mild mental conditions usually do somewhat ok.
Actually that sounds very, very unhealthy.
Best tip I've got is: try to make your mental health status work for you or work around it. Try and live a normal life with normal friends. Medication to suppress biological urges sounds nuts.
Therapy won't directly help, but it might help you learn to socialise.
