Friend got accused of gropping a chick and trying to take her home while he was blackout.
We go to different colleges, but still close and were friends growing up. He’s a beta dude (not that it makes a difference just context), the chick was apparently drinking while on anxiety meds.
I wasn’t there so I can’t speak for either of them, right or wrong, or offer anything meaningful since I’m across the state. But still tryna be there for him since he’s the definition of a nice guy.
He’s my boy and I don’t want to see him get kicked out of school for something like this. How should I make him feel better about the situation? After last call with him, looks like his world is upside down.

One place to go to get legal help when dealing with these kinds of accusations is The Fire: https://www.thefire.org/ They have a lot of legal experts who know how to handle these accusations with the school and with the public.
One problem with Wokeism is that it is, bottom line, a witch hunt. Any man who is accused of any kind of sexual assault is automatically assumed guilty, with no due process, no procedures in place to determine objective truth, and usually without fundamental constitutional protections such as the ability to cross examine your accuser.
Accusations of sexual misconduct should be treated like other serious crimes: Presumption of innocence, right to remain silent, right to consult a lawyer, right to cross examination. The woke left wishes to take away those fundamental rights, and we need to, as a society retain those rights lest the United States becomes a third world country.

He could file counter-charges. Accuse her of sexual assault or slander.
