I can tell she’s attracted to me.
What can I improve on?
Not really worried about her since her coworker is more receptive of me. Still want to improve my turnaround though.

You did well, she has a boyfriend she's clearly loyal too (at the moment at least). If it went how you said it did, just play it cool everytime you see her (like you did). She definitely respects the confidence and likes what she sees.
Kind of hard to say without seeing her body language.

After that, when you see her, NEVER bring it up again, but continue the flirtatious and playful banter.
If she rebuts you offering her your number (possibly worried about BF seeing it in her phone), tell her to save it under a girl’s name and leave it at that /while smirking/.
The key is to leave the door open to her but you NEVER, EVER bring it up again, unless she does. When she brings it back up, assume she’s ready to get together and get to the point of inviting her out. If she turns you down 2-times in a row, you’ll never talk about it again, but you’ll continue to be playful and fun. You’ll keep ALL conversations very short and sweet, and whatever you do, don’t fall into the trap of being her texting emotional tampon.
