My mom does look out for me she always did. But when it comes to my dad she is extremely aggressive. Me and him can’t have any discussions she shuts it down, always tries to run everything, tries to make simple conversations to arguments. Basically acts like an extreme alpha female. I love my mom, but this is becoming problematic because she tries to have control over the budget and all house issues, and it’s really affecting our budget and the way we live because she has no idea what she is doing. How can I as her son make her more submissive when it comes to interaction with my dad.

This may sound weird but you have to break up with your mom. Your mother is the first woman you have a relationship with. She sounds like a hard next. When she comes back begging that's when you can get her to submit and bend over so you can slide it in.

It's your dad's job. Next time you two are talking and she butts in, you or preferably him have to say "quiet mom. Men are speaking" and ignore literally everything she says after, keep having your discussion and maintain that frame. I honestly doubt your dad has the balls to put and keep his foot down so good luck.

I'm assuming the "22" part of your name means that you're 22. Only your dad can try to make her submissive. The shorthand solution is that you move out and leave them to their own problems. You're a man now. It's time to live your life as if your parents are dead. You can talk to them, but they aren't your problem, and they don't rule your life.
