I’ve been doing manual labor jobs the past couple weekends and the confidence I have after finishing a job is crazy. I don’t think at all I just act.
I noticed this difference after quitting my customer service job at Publix and starting a pressure washing business.
I’ve felt my confidence shoot up the most after doing some small home renovation jobs.
I’m associating confidence with increased test. Would it be because Im putting stress on my body? It’s not the same as going to the gym, it’s probably the sense of accomplishment after the job is done.
Is this a link to higher T or am I just bullshitting.

putting an engine in a car and getting it started makes me feel like a real champ. combination of intense physical labor and going for a victory lap once the car is running is fuckin gold.

you are feeling good about yourself , confidence, making some cash, it's all good.
Do you want higher T? for natural method, Got to lift heavy weights for it, and diet.
but, honestly, doing manual labor does seem to increase my T, I pick my girl up and carry her to bedroom, always seems like it makes my T go up ;)

I doubt it. Most manual labor is more akin to long slow cardio than it is to lifting or high intensity cardio. Long slow cardio doesn't boost your T.

Absolutely. I owned/operated a farm and it was actually noticeable how much my brain was affected by doing labor and then coming off the farm into the office to do management tasks. Most people don't know about it because they only do one or the other. Basically your body releases adrenaline to overcome the physical challenge which puts your brain in physical mode and shuts down higher thinking somewhat.
Another factor is success. Men who succeed get a testosterone boost. Evolution made us get more T when we defeat an opponent to signal dominance.

My confidence feels higher working with my hands opposed to business success. This isn’t throwing me off though I’m still focused on my side business.
