Whats your squat and deadlift at ? I dont know why but once i pushed past 225 on both those lifts my sensitivity went way down. My bud had some ed going on and i suggested he try deadlifting and within a month it seemed to fix his issue (he was already squatting 400, so it didnt take him long to get a 225 deadlift)

Not OP but I’ve been looking for a solution on prejec too, and I’ve never heard deadlifts making a change? I’m bout to try it, I’m at 165 which I go for bout 5-6 reps rn, with my squats at 135 in a slightly higher rep range. If 225 is the golden rule, I assume it could take me about 4 months to get there? What else do you suggest to make an improvement down there?

Im not saying its a golden rule, thats just when i noticed a significant difference. I also saw a difference in erection quality and a massive increase in libido. Im guessing since you are training the pelvic muscles with the squat/deadlift it cause improved blood flow and also giving you tons of extra test which causes the libido increase. Basically after a heavy deadlift sesh the need to drill somone for the next day is borderline overwhelming for me. And yeh id say 3 to 4 months is very achievable.

This is good, I am having the opposite problem of OP rn. Difficult to cum and hard to stay hard for some reason. It's been about 7 months of monk mode for me and now that I'm getting back into sex I'm having some issues, the girl had to stimulate me alot last time and I had to really focus to maintain. Bodyfat? Bodyfat aromatizes T into estrogen and makes you more sensitive and come faster. You can try an aromatization inhibbitor.
If you have no problem with erections you can try 5htp (take with grapeseed extract}. It will elevate serotonin and make it harder to come. Full blown SSRIs will both lower libido and make it even harder, depending on dosage, some guys cant come at all.
Stop whining, and solve your problems like a man. I guarantee there are other techniques and books that will help you and that you havent practiced enough. Also, girls dont mind if you come fast unless you cant go again for a long time.

The answer is it's complicated. Several different hormones are involved. If you were to lower your prolactin with cabergoline you'd be able to ejaculate multiple times with no refractory period. Nothing is more alpha than a guy that cums in you five times over the course of 30min. I knew a guy who could do that and he used "poppers", whatever that is.
