Been dating a girl exclusively for a few months after having her as a rotation girl for close to a year.
I happen to know who her ex is and he has been posting some alarming stories obviously about her on his IG story. I don’t know many details but this ex has definitely been to jail a few times and a notorious druggie. Not sure what to believe or take away from this or if I should back away from this relationship. Everything between us so far has been good, no drama or red-flags that I have witnessed personally.
Basically what this guy posted is
- He is saying she is an alcoholic and “Regretting who she fucks”. He mentions she went out one night while they were dating got drunk and fucked a guy and then called the cops.
-My LTR has told about this same guy he is mentioning before and mentioned that her and her friend’s drinks got drugged on a night out and they called a this friend for help to get home and he took advantage of her. Also mentioned that she went to a therapist for this.
- He mentions being cheated on and her fucking his “Friends”.

I wouldn't discount the ex-bf's story. It's probably the truth. I mean, if your LTR was dating him, then that's the type of girl she is.

I definitely get this not once have I heard a girl take responsibility for fuckups. Not sure if the EX is lying at the same time. Its probably not a good idea to discuss with the LTR though.

Too late on the LTR. I stay away from EX talk but she has brought him up on a few occasions. She freaked out once when we were out because she is afraid of running into him in public, she had described him as abusive and has a restraining order out on him.
She has a decent career but yeah should of definitely seen that association as a red flag. The question is where do you draw the line on judging someones past?

Its prob 100% the truth. When dudes say their girl cheated on them its does not make them look better. When females say stuff like that (Like some half-truth rape story or some other nonsense), its a form of damage control or to help her with her perceived virtue. Men don't benefit socially off of saying this stuff in rants so its probably the truth. Think about it. It just makes us look weak and bitter and most dudes would rather not unless they really had a reason to say it. And how is it that he's saying a story that matches hers without him knowing you and her conversations about that situation? Its not like you guys are in court, he doesn't even care about you knowing "the truth". Its true. No coincidences
And the fact that she even dated this guy lets you know her preference. This guy was probably the textbook toxic alpha and she is probably a thot. And btw unless you have no clue, no female would mess with a "notorious druggie" unless she had those tendencies herself. Wake up.
Don't say we didn't tell you so. People can change, but i would be ready to drop her at any given moment. LTR do not work in modern society lol

He said... she said... Is there a police report? Were files charged? A conviction? Should be a public record somewhere. If he's lying she can get an attorney. I would definitely get to the bottom if it.
