If they don’t text back about the date, they don’t have an interest in seeing you.
Instead of getting frustrated, treat it as an opportunity to weed out chicks who are not excited about seeing you. Why would you want to waste your time and money on them?
You only want to plate and fuck chicks who are excited about you. Girls who want to fuck will make it easy for you to fuck them.

So I think your problem is that you are trying too hard to make it happen.
(1) Focus on your purpose and (2) capitalize on opportunities to foster attraction with women.
As to (2), you have to develop an attitude that you could take or leave any girl who comes your way. Yes to date? Great. Rejection? No issue.
Girls are attracted to men with options (take it or leave it attitude toward them) and men whose feelings towards them are unclear

That's life. I get rejected like crazy. I act weird. I make some small mistakes. I overthink stuff. I fail in keeping frame. It's normal to lose. Keep at it.
