I have a decent plate who I for sure know she fucks other guys too, but she always tells me shit like : babe or I like you the most out of everyone, I missed you when I havent seen her in like a week... My problem is I know shes lying(most probably). what are some good answers to give. Without getting asked "Is everything okay?"

She's telling you what she thinks you want to hear because she likes you a lot. From her vantage point, she is not lying, she's doing what it takes to keep you interested in her.
Whatever you're doing, you're doing the right thing with this plate, just know that this disqualifies her as a LTR, because she'll always rather tell you what she thinks you want to hear other than the truth.

Thing is, with this plate(and other plates in the past) I'm hearing what shes saying and I'm asking questions about her(not for everything) I also tease them a little when they re mad about a thing they tell me, like when shes telling a story and gets pissed at the situations shes describing. Anyway with this "method" they tell me pretty much everything and that instantly disqualifies them as LTRs because I've always found out or they told me things they ve done.

I don't necessarily think you're making a mistake, with women it's all about preference.
I'm not trying to talk you out of it but you've gotta question yourself with the curiosity of a child on issues like this.
You're already contemplating if it's justified. Honestly it'd bother me a little bit for the same reason but at the same time I have been her favorite dick.
There is some truth in @master-of-losers response. Women's beliefs and emotions change depending on the moment. When you're together, maybe she really does mean it.
Think about it, write about it, talk about it to figure out if it's really that big of an issue.

I would argue that from a girl's perspective she isn't lying. Since girl's base their reality on their current emotional state, it could very well be that in that very moment with you, she indeed has emotions that lead her to such conclusions. Of course when she's with other guys, she might conclude the same for them too.
