Although,psychopathy is geneticaly inherid,in a sense that they are physically lacking some parts of the brain responsible for empathy like mirror neurons,sociopathy on the other hand is usually belived created from extremly early age torture and trauma.In that way parts of the brain responsible for empathy and social bonds become desentisized and weakened a lot. You can try to become the sociopath,by reinforcing coldness in the time you start to feel empathy.Every time you feel a love,or connection,empathy immediatly stop that way of thinking and become cold.It will be hard in the beggining but the more you do it the old ways of you will become weaker and new neuron connections will be formed,making that signal stronger and stronger competing with the natural one.

TRP is all about not letting society's expectations and pressure act against YOUR interests in life. It all goes back to shedding the need to 'do the right thing'. The first step is recognising when society is putting pressure on you to do the right thing. Then you can actively overcome it. This is where the dark triad comes in.
