OP hasn’t let us know if he has fucked (or at least french kissed) this girl. If not, ignore the text completely. Don’t give any validation to girls who fuck other guys but won’t have sex with you.
If he has gotten together with her, perhaps a “Do YOU miss ME?“ text a couple days later.
To be honest, the text she sent him has a “you will submit to me and let me wear the pants in this relationship” vibe to it which I do not like.

My bad. I should’ve added more context. We’ve touched each other before, she’s blown me and I’ve eaten her out, we’ve groped each other under our clothes but we’ve never kissed, I guess it’s her way of rationalizing that she hasn’t cheated because she hasn’t kissed me? Lol
