You're overthinking it. Before they leave, you look them dead in the eyes, "I had a lot of fun. Text me sometime" and kiss them. Let the chase be on them.

In my experience, the women who make ideal plates are not needy and don't need babysitting. They can stick around for years with you meeting up just once every week or two, with minimal texting in between.
Needy plates break very quickly: they think that every relationship should begin with you both falling madly in love and texting/calling every day. When they see you won't play along, they stop seeing you.
The good thing about your approach (not texting too much) is that it filters out the needy types and shows the non-needy types that you yourself are not needy. This makes them more attracted to you, more interested in continuing to see you, and they will assume you are seeing other women and accept it.
