I've started reading various books on seduction, and they all make an important distinction between HSE and LSE girls. I haven't fucked many girls (I am now 24 and in my 3rd LTR, I haven't fucked any other girls) so it's hard for me to get a feeling of where a girl might lie on the self esteem scale. I am guessing that all 3 of mine were HSE because they displayed the typical characteristics, however there is one characteristic that I'm not sure how to interpret: They were extremely generous to me. This includes preparing fancy meals whenever I came over, giving me many gifts, sucking my dick while I don't lick her pussy, canceling other plans in order to have time for me when I'm available, proofreading stuff for me, etc. All of this while I hardly give them anything in return and don't have much time for them. I should mention that they have a busy life too (all STEM college students) so it's not like they have too much time and are bored. Is too much generosity a sign of low self esteem because they feel the need to make up for a lower SMV? I have mentioned her generosity to my current LTR and she acknowledged that she is giving a lot, probably more than she receives, but she also said that she enjoys doing it. I am incredibly greatful for it and cannot complain, but I also read a lot about how a marriage with an LSE woman never ends well. I definitely want to get married and start a family one day, so I'm wondering whether this would be an LSE red flag or not.

Women and men do self esteem differently. My wife's self esteem comes from being good at cooking and seeing how much everybody likes it. It comes from being married and having kids, NOT being a hoe, not getting pumped and dumped. The lowest self esteem women you will ever meet have high body counts. Didnt read it all bc you went on and on about how much your LTR simp for you (kinda the point of an LTR but anyway).
1.Generouity doesn't mean they have a LSE, that is expected trained behavior of an LTR
2.LSE is not a bad thing in girls in my opinion. TBH LSE girls that are still hot are probably the BEST types for LTRs. My second LTR was a LSE girl and it was great, she did seek validation all the time and didn't need to go to the club to constantly shake her ass and have other guys hit on her (recipe for problems) to feel self worth. Furthermore, these girls r usually more grateful to be with an alpha and will treat you like a god.
Although I've had 3 LTRs myself and regret entering into all of them (I'll learn eventually) all 3 girls either had LSE or they treated sex like basically marriage [I was still able to fuck them, but they thought they were going to have kids with me one day ahah] (religious girls).
These type of girls are far less likely to cheat, don't get me wrong AWALT if they found themselves in a situation with a more alpha guy, I have no doubt that they would cheat. However, These type of girls bc of their behavior are less likely to find themselves in these situations where it is possible.
So if you prefer LTRs over plates, I'd recommend looking for these traits.

I've dated a shit ton of women.. They all have self esteem issues. Some hide it better.
I have received gifts and meals. And it didn't have anything to do with their self esteem, they were just thinking of me.
What the hell are you doing right now thinking about marriage? You don't have enough experience. Learn female nature first. You won't enjoy being divorce raped or cucked. Slow down and date a lot of women.

Thanks man for the warning. I'm not planning to get married right now, but in a few years or so I would like to. This is why I'm eager to learn about female behavior, both by interacting with women (I admit I'm a bit behind with this) AND by asking questions on this forum to learn from the experience of guys that have interacted with many women.
I guess I shouldn't take generosity as a sign of LSE then!
