Growing up my parents wanted me to go to college but I had mental illness so they tried getting me into therapy. I always got out of it and fucked it up and they were saying Id wish I had gone. Now im 24 have no friends no gf never been to college and work a min wage job. I think that therspy wouldnt have made any differencd because of my genes. But anyone go to fuck it up? Was kinda fun fucking it up they tried sending me to retard schools and I would beat up the retards for fun. It was like me vs the bad guys.

Therapy is a waste if you think there's nothing wrong with you. This is typical with narcissism and BPD and sometimes with undiagnosed aspergers.

You need therapy. I don’t know if you’re trolling us or not but if you’re serious, get some therapy. I saw your other posts and they are quite extreme. You sound like you lack empathy. You also sound like you have no shame. Get therapy. Get medicated. Stick with it and take care of yourself. TRP is not for you right now, you need to get your mind right and people on here don’t have the tools to help you with what you need.

I've been to therapy. You have to do it right, which I have never really done. You have to be as honest as you can be from the get-go, regardless of how you think the therapist will receive you. Being RP, I've found it pretty hard to speak to therapists since most of them are very liberal, so I stopped.

Therapy is great. If you think you have no problem, it's not for you. I had to face shit I didn't like about myself while I was there. But I thought I didn't have a problem before that. Now, I'm better off than I was. To change your life, you'll have to see the problems in it.
