I know this sounds like a kid in middle school bitching about something, but let me explain.

Just met this cute girl from one of my friends. Figured she smokes weed like me, so I share my pen with her. I like doing this because it usually helps the other person let their guard down, and say what they really mean. Especially if they are not frequent smokers, they easily forget that they are talking way out of hand and reveal things they're not supposed to.

So, she smokes a little bit, and then she starts running her mouth. She won't shut up about the stupidest things, and everything to her is sunshine and rainbows. Off weed, this is exactly how she acts, and on it, she's just a lot more talkative. I start to notice she starts talking about things in a very caring and nurturing way, not in a selfish way, so for me, this is a good sign.

I know most girls are like this, talking out their ass like they're being paid to do so, but recently I have tried to find girls that are more quiet. I'm trying to find a girl that doesn't just fucking talk my ear out every day, I know I'm not alone there. I understand two things; I don't have to talk to them if I don't want to, and to some extent, all women can become chatterboxes.

My question is, are women supposed to be annoying (to men) in a normal and every day sort of way?

At the time I was talking to her, I chalked it up to being feminine. Still trying to figure out if this trait is a good sign or not.
