I've been talking to this girl for a while now and we have discussed meeting up a few times but either I haven't been able to because of school or the gym. She has also said no a couple of times when I've been free.
I sent her a meme and she Facetimed me. I answered we talked for a couple of seconds, she asked if I wanted to meet up for ice cream with her and her friend. I showed her my jogging pants and told her that I just came home from the gym so I can't today. I told her that I had to go now and we ended the call there
I called her the next day and asked her what she's doing tomorrow. Me: wassup baby Her: Not much. I'm outside Me: What are you doing tomorow? She: Yeah I'm not meeting up with you haha Me: Oh is that so damn you've been wasting my time haha She: I thought that was clear from the get-go Me: nahh I wanted to make you my future ex-wife haha
I did not sound butt hurt when she said no I just talked to her in a jokingly manner like I've always done.
She laughed and didn't say anything else so I just said bye then
Note: I ended it in a good manor and I made sure that I did not sound butt hurt.

You have been in the friendzone since the beginning.
What she says "not meeting you haha" she is saying this: "I know I don't want to meet you and I know you want to meet me and I know you'll keep trying even though I keep brushing you off, and this whole situation amuses me".
Next time don't waste so much time on women who do not want to meet you. She gets TWO CHANCES...... after that, ditch and move on. Don't waste your time on women who do not want you.

Just say Ok and end the conversation there. In most cases, they will change their opinion and stop with this haha shit

She doesn't want to meet up with you. How much clearer could it be? The second example COULD be a shit test, but in your case it's not because she doesn't want to see you.
When a girl wants you, she will bend over backwards to make herself available to you. That's not happening here bro. Move on, ghost.

That's not always the case. In some instances when a girl wants you but sees you as way above her, or feels insecure, or feels like you don't care enough/show interest enough, she'll essentially disqualify herself, and save herself from a bruised ego and the possible/probable rejection that might come up later on.
That being said, the procedure is the same as if she was not interested, abundance, move on to another chick and if she grows some courage she'll be the one making the first move or showing you indirect interest to reignite the conversation. Just don't count on it.
