I would spread that over two texts. (1) set up the date. (2) convert a comment from her along the lines of "looking forward to it" into a reply from you like, "send me a pic of what you'll be wearing"
Are you having a specific problem with her dressing like a fucking slob? I've been there before and the first time, I just had to drop her because I tried everything right down to pointing at something in her closet and saying, "put that on" - and then just leaving her when she gave me flak. Then I see her later with another guy and she's in a dress so.... I guess I helped that guy out.
But I've also encountered women who just need a little encouragement/guidance/leadership in order to be feminine. I find that it's easier to make that happen on a day date, for some reason. So, you take her to a brunch or an art festival or whatever is going on during the day, and you just tell her, "babe, put on a sundress" and that's that.
If you stay the night at her house then you can tie that in to the activity. "Let's go to brunch - put on a dress"

unless youve talked that way in person dont send that. dominance early on is only attractive to women in the form of a reward. i.e telling her to wear something sexy will only turn her off
you havent had sex before and that will only put her guards up
however telling her to pick her favorite ice cream from [insert restaurant here] is a subtle dominance play and also rewarding for her

women research the hell out of date places. tell her the restaurant or place and she will do all the research to dress appropriately.
want her to wear leggings? go hiking
want her to dress casual? go to an arcade
want sexy? go to a fancy restaurant or ball
sexy bikini? pool or beach
if you have to tell her or ask her you arent an alpha. alphas dont have to beg and plea. we have options
