Am in foreign country right now and I'm renting an airbnb apartment for two weeks. If there ever is going to be a chance I could bring a girl over, I'd obviously take it but I'm not sure if this would sit right with my host if she found out. The rules clearly say that no un registered guests are allowed but does it really mean I cant have visitors? There are cameras here at the entrance I'm not sure if the host could ever find out if I broke such rule. It's also clearly stated that in the event where a guest breaks this rule and has someone unregistered at the apartment, he can be forced to leave it before due date. Is this something I should be worried about?

Yep. You hired the room for you, not for "you plus random guest". Owners get upset if a stranger appears: ask me how I know.
Visitors will depend on the rules laid out. Overnight guests won't count as visitors.

Some places won't look at the cameras unless something goes wrong.
Other places will have someone watching the camera 24x7 to spy on people. If the host is over 40 with cats, probably in the latter category.

Your host doesn't want you having ragers.
If you keep it quiet, and are in all other respects a good guest, they will probably not give a shit.
So. Clean up after yourself. Take out the garbage when you leave. Do the dishes. Etc. You will probably not have to worry about it.
