Yay, nay?

I have a rule: no colleagues. However, like most rules, there are sometimes exceptions. I won't hit on colleagues, I try to just be friendly with everyone at work and make myself likeable and approachable to help my career, but a few times in the past I have met genuinely decent women who I could see as girlfriend material. I even had an LTR with one for 18 months.

So, what's your take? I'm of the opinion that plate spinning colleagues is a terrible idea but it's OK to make exceptions if something naturally occurs with a high quality woman at work.
