After swallowing the red pill, I did spin plates. It was fun, great sex, no drama. Got to experience different plates. Some are just for sex and nothing more but some would come with good personality, someone you could enjoy time with more than just sex. To my fellow red pill man, how do you handle this situations where the plate broke (she starts needing the relationship) but you kind of wish it would have lasted longer because you two have a great time, the vibes was very great. Is it normal to still kind of feel sad about losing a plate? and how do you bounce back from this? Sometimes fucking more woman just becomes stale tbh.

I'm going through exactly the same thing. Caught oneitis for one of my plates, but the plate broke. I have other plates, but fucking other women you give two shits about gets boring real fast. Best thing you can do is focus on yourself, meet other girls, and remember that unicorns don't exist. I know it hurts now, your favorite plate is gone, it was just your turn. But, remember... there are millions of girls out there, I'm 100% sure you'll meet a girl who's 10 times better.

As you improve yourself and become an HVM you will see this more and more.
Women will say fuckbuddy/plate, no problem that is good. Then as they are with you more, they want more. A HVM is not just looks, they can't ignore that they want you and attracted to you as a LTR. You are probably not the hottest guy she's been with or the best sexually,etc. It's the entire package that she can't ignore and is attracted to and may not have had with others before.
I"ve had women who I believe really did just want to be a FB/plate, but after a short time with me they were pushing me for more and more of my time and wanted a LTR. I've had women come straight out and tell me. Then when I explain we should split, we have different goals, they'd say well If I've known you were going to split with me, I'd rather just stay as we are and try to keep it a FB/plate.
But, that won't work, she's not happy and you know she will try to push for more than you want, You need to end it at that point. For me, if I knew they wanted more, i'd end it. I didn't want to take advantage of them but mainly it was me wanting to avoid Drama later. Not worth it.
Accept it as becoming a HVM , a man women want to be with, not just to have sex with, but to have in their life.
