I have only been told this twice in my life by girls but I suspect it is kind of true. The other girls usually describe it in a less negative tone. Mysterious or unapproachable or "high and mighty".
I think this is not good, especially since I am not like that inside me. I am just possibly walling of due to insecurities, but I don't even realize I do.
How to change this?

Smile. Sometimes I catch myself with a resting bitch face. When I'm in the zone, I smile to everyone I pass by. Most people smile back or nod their head. Everyone's more friendly and open.

Don't force yourself, it has to be natural. Other than that, just make sure you're feeling great. Work out, don't fap, don't watch porn, drink lots of water, stay away from alcohol, eat clean, ... You'll feel better dw.
