Some background to my story: I've (24M) been in a exclusive relationship with this girl (23M) for 6 months, been dating for 10. She's sweet, submissive, and is always looking to please me. We have sex of epic proportions and it happens every single time we meet up.

But recently (last last night) she caught me cheating. She is absolutely devastated. We do not live together as she lives with her mom. Moment she found out, she called me nonstop and wanted answers from me. I obliged a little and answered some of her questions. I had a rock solid frame the entire time. I didn't give into her emotions and was stoic all throughout the conversation. My frame was basically, she could forgive me and we could get back together or we just end it now. I care for neither outcome. She's great, I could still be together with But I also don't care if we end things for good. I already have several of my old plates lined up and ready to go.

She knows the logical thing to do is break up with me but she obviously do not want to. At this point she is basically hamstering out of control, begging for me to fight for her and to get her back.

I escalated and told her if she wanted to talk more, she should come over tomorrow and we could figure things out. She agreed and we're meeting at my place in the evening.

My question is bros, how do I get the break-up lay? How do I initiate it and what sort of frame do I need to have in order for it to happen?
