So I am going thru the repill journey, got a great job that gives me ton of flexibility! Started going to the gym again and been golfing everyday.. The problem is that I just can't seem to stop hating myself or feeling that I need to be much better then I'm currently am.. When does that feeling go away? when do you look in the mirror and end up liking the person who looks back.

Feelings of self hate.... do they come from parents?
i-am-the-prize 2y ago
it goes away when you stop comparing yourself to others. and instead compare yourself today to the 'you' of yesterday. and tomorrow compare yourself then to the 'you of today'. If you are trending in a positive direction, great, keep at it- compounding interest and time - through effort- will take care of the rest.
you need to be your own judge and jury. you need to be proud of yourself. your self esteem and what you literally can and will be able to do in life is predicated on and limited by your self image.
