Been seeing this great girl for a while now, haven't gotten any shit tests from her and only feminine energy. It's been a little over a month that I've been talking to her. I will usually initiate contact through text, and she will readily make time for me. She invites me to events in person usually when we link up. Should I continue to initiate contact through text first, or wait for her to initiate and ask to see me? Should I be gauging interest level based on her initiating contact or her making herself available to me? I don't want it to seem like I'm always the one chasing her.

Right. But if you stop, she'll think negative female-type thoughts. She isn't a man, it won't occur to her to put more effort in.
Solutions:
Train her means you continue as normal, but you shift things..... "drop me a text when you're free" or "say hello when you get up tomorrow" or something like that. You TELL her to be proactive. You TELL her when to do it. Eventually they learn, but this takes a while with some girls who are lazy and used to men doing everything for them.
I once told a girl she had to contact me first ..... and she actually said "well yes but I don't know when you're free". Basically she wanted me to tell her when I'm free so she can contact me. Pathetic, but this is how they operate.
If she won't come around, and her being pro active is important to you (it is to me too), this might not be the girl for you.

Look, men are the aggressor in the relationship. Chasing her is cool as long as you have some type of abundance mindset.
It seems to me this chick is available to you and includes you in her life which is pretty cool. Why do you want to change that?

understand, some women are passive and only follow.
your ego needs to be told to sit down and shut up. ("why doens't she call me, too!")
continue to lead. your job is to do and lead. her job is to follow and look sexy and behave proper. this is the ideal, as long as you are strong enough to lead and not need her to do so as well. no shame if you're more of a "part time leader" just find a different type of plate.
but... do not cast her off, simply continue to lead - as long as she complies that's the bargain she's offering.
