“Never live with a woman under any circumstance unless you’re married or plan to marry in 6 months. “
I 25M live in an expensive city and there is a 25F interested in a room my landlord has available for rent. He’s away so he’s paying me to help him select the new tenant. She seems like a good fit and even works in the same industry that i do. There is no romantic relationship between us.
I don’t really have tolerance for anything that would bring drama or make my life difficult. Should I be strict about that rule or overlook it considering there’s no relationship between myself and the woman?

Yeah, realize you're bringing drama and pain in the ass into your apartment, which should be your sanctuary.
I've lived with girls. Generally, even the best of them is a pain in the ass, to the point I've moved out of a free rent apartment. The bossy ones are the worst, rearranging everything and so forth.
I don't recommend it but because you're probably going to do it, be prepared for a learning experience.
Good luck, brother.
Cheers

I'd say go for it just to experience first hand why it's an iron rule

If there’s only one principle of Rollo’s should be learned by every guy no matter what, then this is it.

I'd like to modify Rollo's rule.
Never let a girl move in with you.
You can move in with her. If you want to vacate, you vacate. It's her place. easy

Girl gets comfortable, you see each other all the time, she isnt gonna be dressed up for you like when she comes over. Why because its now her place too. With comfort she tries less and puts out less and youll get lazy too. Youll also see more flaws in each other.
